heres "tha What" vs GearHead.
GearHead is kinda like a walking junkpile magneto he has the power to manipulate metals/motors/mechanical devices. but also has an energy he uses to turn over an engine or shock the hell out of enemies
he starts off by making armor from a nearby cars and what not.
